We are really pleased to announce the relaunch of our Level 3 Social Prescribing Qualification course. One of the only Level 3 courses available, the redesigned course enables learners to become fully qualified social prescribers in just 5 months.
Our course equips learners with a comprehensive understanding of how personalised care can help individuals, their families, their communities and neighbourhoods. It is the perfect course for members of developing and already established integrated neighbourhood teams as it focuses on how our community networks and services can support individuals to improve their physical, mental and emotional health.
The course explores the theory and practices of social prescribing and examines in detail the issues of health inequalities, demographics, culture and society – all of which influence and impact upon an individual’s health and lifestyle choices.
The updated course comprises 4 modules and costs £1,150. If you are an individual learner, we have also introduced a payment plan option.
